The diary was presented on the last ISCA General Assembly. Diary of my health is prepared professionally and it leads you to the healthy lifestyle, help you to monitor the progress and encourage you to insist in the program. And now in PATHE project the Diary transformed from “national” product into “international “ product. Enjoy reading and enjoy doing sport! ”

PATHE Seminar 2009 report
The PATHE Seminar 2009 was held in Copenhagen from 24th to 26th of October. It was organised under the ethos of alliance “for” and “with” PATHE Associate Partners, ISCA office and other PATHE partners.
The aim was to inspire, motivate, learn of the good examples and exchange information about our work on the political level in order to inspire and motivate the »designers« of national strategies for health and find the answer to the question “how to implement national strategy in the association working strategy” in the world of health and physical activity. Happy New year!
The year is coming to an end and this is a time when we can be close to our families, friends and colleagues. And it is also a time when we look back, evaluate the work done and think about our business partners and friends who helped us achieve everything we are rightfully proud of. New Year's Day, is the first day of the year and is an occasion that witnesses the biggest annual celebration across all countries of the world. It is the time when we ring out the old year and welcome the present year with open arms, with eyes filled with new dreams and hearts replete with new expectations.
Lets open new book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day and the second chapter is » Be Active, Do Sport«.
We wish you holidays filled with joy and lots of happiness, health and satisfaction and of course business success in the year to come.
Happy New Year!
