Filippo Fossati President UISP
Filippo is aiming to reduce the precent of Italian citizens that are not active, considering that around 40% of the population is not involved in physical activities. He made historical studies and has always been involved in social and political activities, in volunteerism and social movement.
"Uisp (Unione Italiana Sport Per tutti) is an association of sport for all with the aim to extend the right to sports practice to everyone. Its mission is to demonstrate that "a other sport is possible", connected with health, a better life quality, education, social inclusion, cooperation and environment care.

David Laing Chairman of the Board of SALSC Ltd
"I am from an accountancy background which has proved useful in my over 40 years experience working as a volunteer both in sport and physical activity and also in a general volunteering capacity.
I have a wide knowledge of grass roots sport both for the able bodied and for those with disability through my work as a coach/trainer and in various capacities of administration.
In my role of chair of a National Association representing 40 sports councils with over 3500 affiliated sports clubs and their vast membership, I consider support for grass roots sports participation and volunteering of extreme importance, perhaps targeting future performance but more importantly as a widely recognised benefit to the health and wellbeing of all participating individuals and their respective communities."

Dusan Mitic President of Board of Expert in Association Sport for All Serbia
A full time professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education University Belgrade. He is a Member of Board of Directors in National Olympic Committee.
Association Sport for All Serbia is a classic umbrella organization. It has 46 organizations from local community and sport organization on republic level. Association Sport for All Serbia is very active in shearing experience on South-East Europe network and has organized lot of promotional activities.

Philippe Machu President UFOLEP
Philippe has a high interest in the links between Sport and Education, Health and Sustainable Development, and in his work is aiming to support social responsibility and to facilitate the involvement of more professional organizations in the sport for all sector.
UFOLEP is one of the most important sport for all and multisport federation in France. UFOLEP was born in 1928 with the purpose of setting up popular and civic forms of practicing sport and physical activities. UFOLEP works to develop the concept of a human sport service.

Jean-Claude Besnard UFOLEP
Jean-Claude is in charge with international activities in UFOLEP, having a particular interest in sport and sustainable development. He is a member of the ISCA Europe Executive Committee.

Herbert Hartmann DTB
Prof. Dr. Herbert Hartmann is a Board member General Gymnastic of the German Gymnastic Federation (DTB). Main fields of actions: Sport for All development strategies; quality management of health enhancing sport activities; Senior sport. Quality development in the non formal education system of organized sport.
DTB is the second biggest sport organization in Germany: 5 mill. members, 70% female; 30% children and youngsters; 1 mill. members over 60 years old. Sport for All activities (called GymWorld) is the main branch of activities beside Olympic and Competition Gymnastics.

Søren Møller President DGI
Danish Gymnastics and Sports Associations (DGI) DGI is an umbrella organization for sport for all and cultural activities. It operates through 16 regional offices and has 1.4 million members. The objective of DGI is to strengthen voluntary organizational activity in order to promote popular education.

Benny Andreasen DGI
In DGI, Benny is taking charge of international affairs, in making education and projects for children. His work consists also in the professional development of trainers, and supports DGI’s contribution in both competition and leisure sport.
Oldrich Lomecky SOKOL
Oldrich Lomecky is the 1st. vice president of the Czech Sokol organisation. His responsibilities in the organisation are economy and commercial activities. He is a member of the ISCA executive committee for more than five years already.
Czech Sokol is one of the oldest sport for all organization in the world. It was established in the year 1862 and has about 200 000 members. It has HQ in Prague and more than a thousand organization units.

Vision of Sport Union of Slovenia is to become an acknowledged, independent and competitive sport organization on the field of sport for all in Slovenian and international sport area.

Helga Guðjónsdóttir Chairman UMFÍ
Helga is the first woman to hold this position; she has been in the board for the association in twelve years. Her occupation is the second principal in a school for children at the age of six to sixteen. She has great interests in everything that concerns human nature.
The Icelandic Youth Association (UMFÍ) was set up in 1907. It is a national federation of sports and youth associations and has about 100.000 members. The slogan of the UMFÍ is „Cultivating the people and the country”.

Sæmundur Runólfsson Secretary General UMFÍ
Sæmundur is the secretary general of UMFÍ, a national organisation consisting of youth clubs in urban and rural areas in Iceland. Among his primary tasks are to represent clubs, to coordinate activities, to provide consultancy services, to manage public relations, to manage UMFÍ properties and to provide general service functions for the clubs.

Paolo Adami FIAF
He was a founding member of the Italian Aerobic & Fitness Federation, were he still serves as president. Being a journalist, he has dedicated his time and passion to the development and promotion of the politics of fitness. Through his lobbying and public relations activities, the federation has achieved the rank of institutional body for the Italian fitness sector.
Federazione Italiana Aerobica e Fitness - FIAF is a non profit national organization which promotes fitness as the optimal means for enhancing health, education and social integration.

Blendi Dibra President IRSH
By profession advocate, having a Master in Public Law, actually President of IRSH, working since 1994 in different projects in the development of civil society in Albania and Europe. Blendi has been active as well on youth policy and national and international level.
IRSH (Young Intellectuals, Hope) is a non-profit organisation founded since 1994, working in the development of civil society and promotion of peace and stability. Sport Art and Culture are one of the main components of IRSH work in a national and international level by organizing different activities mainly with young people from high schools and university students.

Toni Llop UBAE
Toni is active in UBAE in the field of management of sport facilities.
UBAE is an umbrella organisation in Barcelona, representing a management model and a way of looking at sports and health. It aims to provide services to anyone who wishes to be physically active and healthy in an environment that emanates wellbeing. It offers a wide range of sports in its modern facilities: fitness, squash, swimming, water aerobics, water exercise and step aerobics, among others.
Galina Gorbatenkova Latvian Sports for All Association
Galina Gorbatenkova works as secretary general in Latvian Sports for All Association; she is vice-president of European Federation for Company Sports (EFCS) and President of Basketball Technical Commission in International workers Sports Confederation (CSIT). Since 2009 she is National Coach of Nordic walking.
Latvian Sports for All Association (founded in 1991) is a contemporary public organization whose competence is to promote physical activities among the people of Latvia and improve general health and wellbeing.
Latvian Sports for All Association organizes and takes active part in events the aim of which is the general instructions for a healthy lifestyle. It organizes popular sports events, such as amateur games, open-air activities involving Nordic Walking, championships in different kinds of sports and festivals for families and children.
The aims of the organization:
- To create the necessary circumstances for the development of sport for all in Latvia;
- To provide every inhabitant of Latvia with a possibility to exercise;
- To organize mass sports events so that they would: be available to everyone who wishes to participate; provide enjoyment to each participant; have a positive effect on physical, social, mental and cultural aspects;
- To encourage the development of popular sport in Latvia, integrating people from all social groups and ages, notwithstanding their nationality, religion or politic views - this is sport for all;
- To co-operate with similar international organizations in Europe and worldwide.
Latvian Sports for All Association is a recognized sports organization, which has rights to lead and coordinate sport for all in Latvia.

Plamen Georgiev BYPF (Bulgarian Young People Foundation)
Mr.Plamen Georgiev is Cheif of the board of Experts of BYPF.He is expert in “Youth and Sport”,Member of the Working groups for development of “National Strategic Framework 2007-2013”, Operational Programme “Regional Development 2007-2013”, Operational Programme “Human Resource Development 2007-2013” and Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity 2007-2013”, co-funded by the European Social Fund and European Fund for Regional Development.He is also member of the Monitoring Committees of the last two programmes. Mr. Plamen Georgiev works for strengthening sport for all among risk groups in the society, during their active ages, as well as for sustainable employment and volunteering in this sector.
BYPF is non-profit organization that assists for better cooperation between the government and youth sports and culture formal and non-formal organizations, in order to accomplishment of active civil participation in the civil control implementation processes, as well as support establishment and efficient implementation of national and European policies for youth development, sport for all and national cultural identity, as part of the multi-cultural European space. BYPF organizes and conducts number of training seminars and consultations for improving the capacity of youth and sport organizations for development and management of projects, funded by national and other programmes. As a results in 2006-2009 more that 80 organizations have developed and managed more than 100 projects in the area of youth activities and sport for all.

Kestutis Levickis Board Chairman, NEMUNAS - LCSCA
He represents the interests of the members of LCSCA (Lithuanian Country Sport and Culture Association “NEMUNAS”), and is in charge with relations between LCSCA and natural or legal persons, conclude agreements, gives necessary powers for concluding agreements. He supervises everyday activities of the LCSCA Council, guarantees the implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting of members and of the Council and is responsible for the financial discipline of the LCSCA. |

G A R D was formed in 1998 in Skopje, Macedonia, its main aim to increase awareness of recreational and cultural movement - regular physical activity. So far we have organized over 500 events for all ages filled PAs various recreational sports and cultural-entertainment activities

Jean-Claude ARNAUD USEP
In USEP,Jean-Claude is taking charge of international life in building relationships with associations members of ISCA and developing projects,exchanges ,meetings for children. He is member of ISCA Executive Committee.
USEP was created in 1939. It’s an important scolary sports federation in France with more than 877 000 members (825 000 children and 52 000 adults ) distributed in more than 12 000 associations of public schools in 104 departmental committees. USEP is a sporting, educational and citizen movement. Its activities take place in and around primary schools.USEP defends some values and principles: boys and girls practise sporting activities together ,we are not against competitive sports but we prefer community sports. We are against a younger specialization and we promote practice of all sports
