TIERRA DE TOD@S Summer 2012 'A Summer for the Sport in Lima'
TIERRA LIBRE Spanish course & Volunteering in Perú
The volunteers take a certified spanish course and work as sport instructors with Tierra de Tod@s, a local association operating in the Peruvian capital. TIERRA DE TOD@S offer low cost Spanish courses and worthwhile and beneficial voluntary placements in disfavored neighborhoods and schools in Lima.
This program is open for people who wants to make a positive change in the lives of children and youth. We all the employers are local people, thus ensuring we have a positive impact on the community. Our ethos encompasses mutual respect, cultural exchange, responsible travel and a beneficial outcome for all.
Qualification and experience is required, this program is available for Sport Instructors and for Sport students in the last year who have the enthusiasm to experience new cultures.

Volunteer in Peru Requirements Age: The minimum age for volunteering in Peru should be 18 or older.
The volunteer programs will require a 1 day training program before start working on the project. The training will be provided by TIERRA DE TOD@S.
Locations: Lima
Working Hours : Flexible, Tuesday to Sunday mornings and early evenings, evenings (night schools) all other time is free.
Getting to the project: around 5 minutes walking

The fee is charged in advance and is charged for the following:
1. Spanish lessons : 15 hours/week, certified Spanish course. Individual or Small group Spanish class.
2. Accommodation: Host family or share apartment in Lima.
3. Volunteer work Placement.
4. Airport transfer.
5. Food/meals.
6. Transportation within the region (related to the volunteer placement).
7. Emergency support
8. Training:In-country orientation
9. Support:Pre-departure helpdesk, Local in-country team and 24hr emergency support
