SANTE - Engaging Youth and adolescents
Engaging Youth/adolescents in physical activity using health as a brand “1..2..3..MOVE!”
SANTE project is an ambitious effort of 17 partners across Europe representing sport organizations, esteemed universities, businesses and local government. The partners have united resources in the SANTE project to address and act upon the contemporary challenge of improving Europeans’ health.
SANTE workshop constitutes an important component of the SANTE project and serves the overall aim of debating health challenges of a European wide nature.

More concretely, the workshop on Engaging Youth/adolescents in physical activity using health as a brand - “1..2..3..MOVE!” seeks to meet three specific aims:
- target interactive presentations and work sessions in specific thematic areas: kids activities and their healthy life style
- present of the UISP from Italy good practice and organizational networking methodologies
- present the general outlines and goals of the UISP national campaign
Finally, it is the hope of ISCA and UISP that participating organizations will use this opportunity to be part of a platform of new knowledge and of exchanging experience, not only among the 17 partner organisations in the SANTE project, but also towards other interested organisations. The recurrig theme of the workshop will be cross-cutting partnerships, demonstrating the value of education and different working methodologies to engage kids in healthy lifestyle and physical activity. This is the spirit of SANTE!
SANTE workshop will be organized by SANTE Partners UISP from Italy.
The workshop is expected to attract project managers and trainers from SANTE partners, as organisations and individuals with interest and experience in “kids activities” and in health-enhancing physical activity for kids.
