Open Ski Festival Kopaonik 2010

Open Ski Festival 17th – 21nd March 2010 in Kopaonik

The XVIII Ski Fest Kopaonik will be held from 17th – 21nd March 2010 in Kopaonik.

SPORTS

• SLALOM  - individually - men and women
• GIANT SLALOM - individually - men and women
• NIGHT SNOW SHOW  - men and women
• VOLLEYBALL ON SNOW – mixed teams
  Composition of delegations: 6 players, 3 substitute. Total: 9 persons
• MINI FOOTBALL ON SNOW – mixed teams
  Composition of delegations: 6 players, 3 substitute. Total: 9 persons
• TUG OF WAR ON SNOW - men and women
  Composition of delegations: 6 competitors, 2 substitute. Total:  8 persons
• SLEDGING – individually, in pairs and mixed pairs
• TABLE TENNIS – individually – men and women
• ARM WRESTLING – individually – men and women
• DARTS - men and women; teams and individually
  Composition of delegations: 2 players, 1 representative of delegation. Total: 3 persons

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME

• Ski School
• Training course for animaters for activities on snow
• Conference on the theme “Strategy of sport for all development on local level”                                               
  

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:
Accommodation and meals:
Half board-3 stars: hotel “OLGA DEDIJER”  ...   145 €
Single room: additional payment 20%

Arrangements include:

• 4. half boards (HB) / buffet
• sojourn fee and insurance
• registration fee and expenses of competition and Workshop organization
• participation in all competitions by own choice
• awards and prizes
• party time (cocktails, dance, ...)
• use of all sports and recreational facilities in the hotel at a special discount

Ski pass = 1 day: 20 €; 3 days: 50€; 4 days: 65 €; 6 days: 90 €.


PARTICIPATION FEE:
In case of non-acceptance financial conditions above, player or team must pay participation fee of 30 EUR per person.

•    Final entry form for participation, including bus transfer, should be sent not later than 10th March 2010 together with 50% of the total amount. The rest of the sum should be paid not later than 15th March 2010, or upon arrival at Kopaonik in cash.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.
Arrival and Registration: 17th March 2010 – check in after 12:00
Departure: 21nd March 2010 – check out till 10:00
Note: If some of the participants are willing to arrive earlier and leave later than determined date, there are possibilities under the same financial conditions and after a written requirement to the host organization.

MISCELLANEOUS:
•    All the details will be defined more precisely during the Technical Conference.
•    Accompanying persons can attend the Festival under the same conditions, valid for members of the delegations.
